Hanco Arnold is a partner at Ekelmans & Meijer Advocaten. He specializes in the field of fraud prevention. In addition, he frequently works in the fields of health insurance, personal injury, disability insurance, professional liability, personal liability insurance, fire damage and recourse cases. His clients include several large and a number of smaller insurers.

Education
Hanco studied military business administration at the Royal Military Academy (1987-1991). He subsequently graduated cum laude in Dutch Law from the University of Utrecht (1994-1998). Hanco was sworn in as a lawyer in 2001.

Work Experience
Hanco was an officer in the Royal Air Force from 1991 to 2001. After an operational period in Germany, from 1994 he held various (legal) positions in the fields of criminal, disciplinary and administrative law, among others. He has been with Ekelmans & Meijer Advocaten in the Insurance and Liability practice since 2001. In 2004 he won second place in the pleadings competition of the Young Bar Association of the Netherlands Supreme Court. Hanco was treasurer and later vice-chair of the board of the Young Bar Association. He has also been a member of Stichting Jonge Balie Nederland.
